You can visit our store with your vehicle or our service engineers will visit your home to perform the checks and service your mobility scooter. If new parts are needed, these will be extra—it's no different from getting your car serviced.
A mobility scooter battery typically lasts around 12–18 months. If your battery isn't performing as well as it used to, it might be time for a replacement. We offer a wide range of replacement and upgrade batteries for all types of mobility scooters and powerchairs.
If your scooter is not able to cover the distances it used to, this is likely due to a problem with the battery. Check for signs of declining capacity, such as reduced range or needing more frequent charges. If you notice these issues, it may be time to consider replacing your mobility scooter battery to restore its full functionality.
